This is a permanent full-time position to begin as soon as the successful candidate is found. The successful candidate for this position will be able to manage a project from initiation to completion and will be able to utilize project data to make future projects more productive and cost efficient. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for estimating, client contact and communication, daily scheduling, and invoicing. We are seeking a detailed-oriented individual that can ensure each project is completed on time and under budget.
QUALIFICATIONS

A valid and current PMP certification would be preferred. Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field would be desired.

Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision

Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts and a strong knowledge of digital project management tools.

The preferred candidate will have a background in either land use planning and development and/or land surveys.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and other design applications is an asset.

Class “G” driver’s license is required.
EXPERIENCE
-
Previous experience leading multiple field teams and ensuring each crew has the tools and equipment needed would be preferred.

Previous experience creating project schedules, estimates, and resource loading summaries would be idea.

Well-developed verbal and written communication skills as well as analysis and negotiation skills are desirable. Liaising with other professionals, local municipalities, and government agencies will be a regular occurrence.

Previous experience leading a strong team by cultivating relationships between each crew member and illustrating how individual team members affect the success of the entire project would be an asset.
